♦ Spraying rims

If the paint of the rims is no longer in top condition or damaged, you can choose to have the rims sprayed to restore them to their original condition with so-called wet paint. All colour combinations are possible. The rims are sprayed on both the inside and outside according to the highest standards.

♦ Powder coating rims

If the rims are very weathered or exposed to bad conditions, powder coating is the solution. The rims are stripped, bead blasted and baked in a double powder coating in an oven. The result is a beautiful hard coating!

♦ Spot repair

A small damage to a rim is an ugly sight. By means of a small spot repair the damage is repaired and sprayed in the original paint.

♦ Polishing

Restore oxidized or damaged polished rims to new condition. The rim is first restored and then polished to the correct gloss level. The rim is then sprayed in a clear lacquer to protect the bare aluminum.

♦ CNC diamond turning

Nowadays there are many 2-tone rims, such as black with a turned edge or spoke. These rims require a special turning method in case of damage or oxidation, in which the entire rim is turned so that there is no color difference between the other rims. The rim is then sprayed in a clear lacquer to protect the bare aluminum.
